  • ​​​​​​​Digital File License Agreement

    This Digital File License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LK's Art Bin ("Seller") and the purchaser ("Buyer").

    1. License Grant

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file(s) ("ARCHES NATIONAL PARK.pdf") purchased by Buyer solely for personal or commercial purposes as permitted herein.

    2. Permitted Use

    Buyer may use the File(s) for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Incorporating the File(s) into personal or commercial projects.
    • Modifying the File(s) to suit Buyer's specific needs.
    • Using the File(s) in digital or printed materials.

    3. Restrictions

    Buyer may not:

    • Sell, distribute, or sublicense the File(s) in any format.
    • Use the File(s) in a way that violates any third-party rights.
    • Use the File(s) in any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful manner.
    • Claim ownership or authorship of the File(s).

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the File(s), including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Buyer.

    5. Termination

    Seller reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Buyer breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Buyer must cease all use of the File(s) and destroy any copies in their possession.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The File(s) are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the File(s).

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

    8. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Seller and Buyer concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

    9. Acceptance

    By purchasing and downloading the File(s), Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
